Brief: Present Birmingham as an appealing, modern and culturally rich destination city
Solution: We suggested a focus on the human element of the city. We also wanted to use materials generated locally, and so for the soundtrack we used music produced by an unsigned band from the local area.
Result: “In three minutes you have managed to convey a message that Birmingham City Council has been trying to deliver for 30 years.”
